In 1995 the pub was was rechristened Draught Horse under new ownership. A 7bbl brewing system was added and the number of beer taps was increased to 74. Josh Wilson, formerly at the (now closed) Bitter End Brewery took over brewing operations. In 1999, ownership changed again and the Draught Horse changed back to the Draught House. We were near the Draught House Pub and Brewery over there on Medical Parkway.

The Draught House Pub and Brewery has had a long history. Celebrating its 50th year in 2019, the first owners were Wayne and Gay Overton in 1969. The building and the pub changed hands a couple of times until current owner Josh Wilson took over in 1999.
